Service Description

New course dates: 6th, 13th, 19th, 27th September, 4th and 11th October. Complete core and myofascial class to strengthen, tone and mobilise all joints and major muscle groups. Myofascial training techniques promote resilience and muscular adaptability. NB: Ad-hoc spaces subject to availability Equipment required: Bring a mat. 2 spiky or smooth massage balls can be subbed for two tennis balls. Course dates: 6th, 13th, 19th, 27th September, 4th and 11th October.
