Service Description

6-week course commencing Saturday 16th, 23rd and 30th Jul (break for Pride weekend) then 13th August *NB: classes on 16th and 23rd July will be held at Queens Park (or alternatively online in the event of bad weather). Outdoor classes will focus on balance work in the centre and finish with stretches so bring a mat! Combines the core stability of Pilates with the footwork and hip strengthening of a barre workout, choreographed for the mat. Followed by self-massage/ trigger-point therapy using the textured massage balls promote resilience and muscular adaptability. Equipment required: Bring a mat and two trigger point release/ self-massage balls. Therabands will be provided for resistance work.
