Saturdays at Presuming Ed. 4 week course commencing Saturday 11th July. Combines the core stability of Pilates with the footwork and hip strengthening of a barre workout, choreographed for the mat. Followed by self-massage/ trigger-point therapy using the textured massage balls promote resilience and muscular adaptability. Equipment required: Bring a mat. For trigger point release/ self-massage 2 spiky or smooth massage balls will be provided unless your prefer to bring your own. Therabands will be provided for resistance work.
