Saturdays at Presuming Ed: 4 week course commences 11th June. Core stability and myofascial class to release major muscle groups and restore balance in muscles and surrounding tissues. Myofascial training techniques and self-massage/ release using the textured massage balls promote resilience and muscular adaptability. Equipment required: Mat, 2 spiky or smooth massage balls can be subbed for two tennis balls and a theraband for upper body/ resistnace work.
