Saturdays at Presuming Ed: either ad-hoc or Summer flexi-pass (No online options on 9th, 16th or 23rd Jul) Core stability and myofascial class to release major muscle groups and restore balance in muscles and surrounding tissues. Myofascial training techniques and self-massage/ release using the textured massage balls promote resilience and muscular adaptability. Equipment required: Mat, 2 spiky or smooth massage balls can be subbed for two tennis balls and a theraband for upper body/ resistance work.
