(Google Meet): Amanda will guide you through choreographed barre sequences that will sculpt thighs and arms, tone & lift the buttocks and improve balance and cardiovascular fitness. This includes a matwork session of 20mins for core and stretching. Balance-barre work. Exercise to music format. 130-140BPM. Complete Barre Concept & myofascial class to strengthen, tone and mobilise all joints and major muscle groups. Myofascial training techniques promote resilience and muscular adaptability. All equipment provided!
