1-to-1 Movement Training
These 1:1 sessions are geared up specifically to the client - focusing on wherever you need improvement or recovery - you're getting 100% of my attention in these classes and benefiting from my deep understanding of human physiology, maladaptive movement patterns and learned techniques to strengthen and repair your body using a combinations of the skills I have developed over the last 16 years, with my background in Physiotherapy, anatomy and physiology.
Your initial session starts with a detailed consultation process, involving history-taking relating to your symptoms, relevant background information (medical/ lifestyle) and observations of your posture and movement patterns. Unless onward referral is recommended, the first session will involve 30-40mins of exercise (Barre, Pilates or Strength training).
Follow-up sessions involve re-assessment or a may involve assessing a related issue. These are typically shorter sessions and are priced accordingly. However, if you feel you would prefer a longer session to go through exercises in more details or if you need a new issue looking at it may be in your interest to book another Introductory session.
NOTE: If I haven't seen you before, please select the "Introduction" session below. If we agree that follow-on 1-to-1 sessions would be a good fit, then the follow-on class is priced lower to reflect your commitment to my services, or perhaps you'd be more at home in one of my group classes, in which case you'd want to visit this page to book a class.
