Physiotherapy Sessions

This is a 1:1 session with Amanda - focusing on fully understanding your injury/ailment and defining a pathway to recovery. You will benefit from my deep understanding of human physiology and techniques to strengthen and repair the body using a combination of the skills I have mastered over the last 16 years.

What should I expect from my first session?
Your initial session starts with a detailed consultation process, through which I understand your concerns thoroughly and recommend an approach tailored specifically for you. Unless onward referral is recommended, the first session will include a short treatment (exercise prescription or passive treatment such as massage). 

When would I need a follow-up session?
Follow-up sessions involve re-assessment or a may involve assessing a related issue. These are typically shorter sessions and are priced accordingly. However, if you feel you would prefer a longer session to go through exercises in more details or if you need a new issue looking at it may be in your interest to book another Introductory session.

NOTE: If I haven't seen you before, please select the "Introduction" session below. If we agree that follow-on 1-to-1 sessions would be a good fit, then the follow-on class is priced lower to reflect your commitment to my services, or perhaps you'd be more at home in one of my group classes, in which case you'd want to visit this page to book a class.
