What Are You After Today?

There's no one-size-fits-all for fitness & recovery, so we offer a range of different ways to engage with Barreflies.

You'll note that some of our services are referred to as classes and some are referred to as courses, and it is important that you understand the difference between these two things.

Classes = Flexibility

Book as you go, I'll adapt to how you feel on the day, maintain consistency around life.
Classes can be booked using our Flex Plans.

Courses = Progression

Structured learning, progressive build, confidence and technique developed week by week.

Courses must be purchased to cover the full multi-week programme.

Many clients start with a course to build confidence, then move into classes for ongoing support and flexibility.

Physiotherapy Sessions

Clinical expertise to assess, treat and guide movement. Best for pain, injury, rehab, pregnancy/post natal concerns, or when you want clarity and a plan.

Sports Massage Sessions

Individual sports massage using hands-on techniques to release tight, overworked muscles and support recovery for anyone who is active. Only available after initial assesment.

Pilates Equipment Courses

A structured, multi-session, course where props add resistance, increase challenge, provide feedback, or support the body — best learned progressively in a course.

Pilates Myofascial Flow Classes

Weekly classes, open to all, offering contemporary Pilates + myofascial informed movement to support mobility, coordination and ease.

Courses

Pregnancy adapted BarreConcept + Contemporary Pilates + myofascial informed movement to support strength, mobility, balance and confidence.

Barre Concept
Classes

Weekly classes, open to all, where we work on arms (weights, bands and bodyweight) as well as core and lower body work, paced at your level/ability.

Strength Training for Women in Midlife Courses.

A course of technique-focused, progressive strength sessions to build confidence with resistance training, supporting bone, joint and muscle health in a friendly, non intimidating environment.
